Probably travelling! But at home, I’m happily walking my poodle, stretching into a pilates or yoga class, cooking something new, pottering in the garden, or hosting family and friends.

I also love heading into the city for live music, great food, and a bit of footy.

One travel tip I swear by:

Pack your bag - then take half out. The lighter you travel, the freer (and happier) you’ll be.

Most unforgettable trip:

My very first safari in Africa.

A lioness was with her cubs, just metres away, carrying on with life as we watched in awe.

I glanced around at my family and fellow travellers - everyone grinning, eyes wide - and I felt so proud that I’d created that moment for us.

It’s one of those travel memories that I’ll never forget.

Dream destination still on your list:

Scandinavia! I’m dreaming of Lapland at Christmas - grandkids in tow - meeting Santa and his elves, reindeer galore, and curling up in a glass igloo under the northern lights.

Add in summer adventures like the Flam Railway and a cruise along Norway’s fjords, and I just know it’s pure magic waiting to happen.
